New Home Service: We Service what we sell. We use our own employees as well as carefully selected contractors and factory service crews to ensure that your home gets the best available care. Parts: We offer a wide array of parts in several areas of replacement or repair. Check out our online catalog or come into our Parts Store located at 125 Missouri Ave, Salem, IL 62881. Heating, Central Air Units and their parts are next day delivery to our store. We also have slightly damaged doors, overstock of obsolete doors & windows, siding, trim, new appliances and some with damage.

General Service Needs: Look no further for Service to homes that are out-of-warranty and we would be glad to discuss service needs with you.
Moving Homes: We do have our own Moving Service and we are interested in your business.
